Privacy Policy

PopPopAI helps you practice conversations and learn vocabulary. We collect only what we need to provide the app, keep accounts secure, process subscriptions, and improve reliability.

This may include your name, email address, sign-in provider identifiers, app settings, subscription status, practice history, saved vocabulary, conversation transcripts, and any photos you choose to upload for the PopPop vocabulary feature.

Your data is used to run the app: signing you in, saving your progress and streaks, generating conversations and corrections, producing speech audio, understanding product usage, and keeping the service stable and secure. We do not sell your personal information.

PopPopAI uses PostHog product analytics only when analytics is enabled in Settings. Analytics events may include a pseudonymous account or device identifier, app version, device metadata, language settings, and coarse usage events such as opening a screen or completing a review. We do not send photos, speech transcripts, chat messages, vocabulary words, translations, object labels, or user-entered text to PostHog.

We rely on trusted third parties for authentication, app hosting, subscription processing, analytics, AI generation, text-to-speech, and storage. These providers process data only as needed to operate PopPopAI on our behalf.

You can request deletion of your account and app data at any time from Settings inside the app. Deleting your account removes your PopPopAI account and associated app data. It does not cancel an active App Store subscription. Subscription billing is managed by Apple in your Apple Account settings.
